About Finchley Court

Finchley Court is a fully accredited supported residential service in Carnegie, Victoria, offering a comfortable communal home for disabled and elderly people with low-level support needs. Our residents enjoy personalised 24 hour residential, health and wellbeing care in a welcoming and supportive environment. We offer single, twin share and deluxe couples rooms. Operating since 1984, Finchley Court is a registered pension level low-care nursing home in Carnegie, providing personalised 24-hour residential, health and wellbeing care and services for residents in a safe and welcoming home-like environment.

As a smaller-sized home for only 20 residents, each of our residents are genuinely valued members of our community.
