- Rebecca Smallchua Added June 12, 2022★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Unfortunately had a terrible haircut. The stylist seemed rushed and lacked attention to detail. My hair ended up extremely uneven... There were obvious bits of long hair sticking out (totally missed!) and the cut was just really uneven and choppy. It didn't seem right at the end of it and I brought this up and they assured me it's just the way it's been blown without even double checking it. I'm going to have to go into another hairdresser to fix this up now. My first experience there 18 months ago was good, the second time 10 months ago was ok, but this recent experience was so poor. I'm not sure if it's just this one stylist? But I'm extremely disappointed and would not come back or recommend.

Then I just pop downstairs for a hair cut. Easy. They also do excellent permanent hair straightening which my friend loves

- Martin Ma Added February 08, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Has been with the salon for 1.5 years. I was very satisfied with the tall guy in the beginning and was with other girls in between. The girls are less sophisticated but very nice and careful. Two months ago I went in a busy time with the guy and finished in less than 5 minutes. My friends say it's quite below standard. I went a less busy time on Sunday afternoon with the guy. With professional mowing and a little bit scissor dancing he indicated finish in less than 5 minutes. I asked for some detailing so he chopped off more hair for 10 seconds and left to mind his business without a word until another girl told me done. That's done.
